In this agreement, "Hammersmith Minicabs", "we", or "us" refers to the service provider, while "you" and "you're" pertain to any individual, business, or entity making a booking with us.
2.1 You must allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure punctuality, especially for airport transfers requiring timely check-ins. Hammersmith Minicabs shall not be liable for delays arising from inadequate time allocation or unpreparedness for collection.
2.2 It is your responsibility to request a vehicle appropriate for the number of passengers and luggage. We do not guarantee the carriage of excessive luggage. Please note that a child, regardless of age, counts as one passenger.
2.3 Requests for wheelchair access should be made at the time of booking.
3.1 Our quotations are based on the information provided by you. Prices, unless otherwise specified, exclude VAT, which will be charged additionally if applicable. We reserve the right to adjust quotes for significant changes to the itinerary.
3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period post-landing and airport parking costs. Additional waiting time will incur standard charges. While we endeavor to accommodate flight delays, we are not obligated to do so.
3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. Please review it carefully for accuracy. Failure to notify Hammersmith Minicabs of any discrepancies absolves us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.
3.4 Payment can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.
4.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any soiling, damage, or disruption caused by passengers may result in cleaning charges.
4.2 Consumption of food, beverages, or smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.
4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained according to their age, weight, and height.
4.4 Passenger capacity shall not exceed legal or insurance limits.
Cancellations
5.1 Notify us of cancellations promptly to avoid charges. Cancellation after dispatch incurs charges based on distance traveled.
5.2 Cancellations made before dispatch may incur charges, depending on the booking method.
6.1 While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. Hammersmith Minicabs assumes no responsibility for any losses incurred by you or your business.
6.2 Luggage is transported at your own risk.
6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will arrange an alternative vehicle to minimize disruption.
6.4 You agree not to hold Hammersmith Minicabs liable for expenses, damages, or losses resulting from any action or omission of any party in your group.
6.5 Parties cannot exclude liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or any matter prohibited by applicable laws.
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse bookings immediately if our vehicles or drivers are endangered by abuse, violence, or damage from you or other passengers. No refunds will be issued for terminated journeys.
8.1 Hammersmith Minicabs may subcontract its obligations under this agreement. You may not transfer any rights or obligations without consent.
8.2 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review them regularly. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates applicable at the time of booking.
8.3 We handle information in compliance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Hammersmith Minicabs and yourself.
8.5 No provisions in these terms and conditions confer benefits to third parties unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
Any disputes or claims must be raised within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims made beyond this timeframe may not be entertained.
